What is Dragonfly CMS ?

Dragonfly CMS is a powerful, feature-rich, Open Source content management system which was based on PHP-Nuke 6.5
in the early “CPG-Nuke CMS” days. Subsequent development of Dragonfly CMS has paid close attention to security, efficiency and reliability. The release of Dragonfly marked yet another exciting milestone in our history.
- What programming language does Dragonfly use?
Our software is written in PHP—the fastest programming language spreading the net today, combined with your choice of either MySQL or PostgreSQL (experimental). - What does my server require?
The preferred setup is to have:
- PHP 4.3 or higher.
- MySQL 4.0.x in versions up to 9.0.6.1 (not 5.x)
- MySQL 4.1+ and 5.x, PostgreSQL 7.4+ and 8.x are supported from current version 9.1.x
- Apache 1.3 or higher (other httpd clients are also supported like IIS5/6, Raiden, etc.)
- GD 2, ImageMagick, netPBM or any other image manipulation software
